Accomplished Global Chief Executive
As a President and CEO in both publicly-traded and privately held enterprises, Kimberly has a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Nando's Peri Peri USA, where she leads the beloved South African brand's continued overseas expansion. The Nando's USA business is 100% company owned and runs restaurants in multiple states across the United States.

Kimberly currently serves on the board of Performance Food Group (PFG), a large-cap food product distribution company with a market cap over $10 billion. She was appointed as a director at PFG in 2017, and during her tenure has contributed to all committees, including Audit & Finance, Technology & Cyber Security, and Compensation. She currently serves at the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Kimberly brings valuable governance experience and diversity to the boardroom both as a woman and as a Native American Director.

Kimberly is also a member of the Board of Directors for AMA Waterways, a leading luxury river cruise company and a portfolio company of L. Catterton’s Flagship Fund. With her extensive executive background in hospitality and consumer industries, she supports AMA Waterways’ growth and strategic vision in the high-end travel sector.​​
Kimberly's executive experience includes serving as the Global Head of Restaurants and Bars for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she led worldwide food and beverage operations for 621 outlets across 127 hotels and resorts in 47 countries. Under her leadership, Four Seasons restaurants and bars received numerous accolades, including 33 Michelin stars, 19 Black Pearl Diamonds, and 50 Wine Spectator 'Best Of' distinctions.

As a SPAC sponsor, investor, and advisor, Kimberly co-sponsored Fast Acquisition Corporation, which successfully raised two unique public offerings and achieved a successful de-SPAC business combination with Falcon's Beyond (Nasdaq: FBYD). Her financial acumen is further demonstrated by her involvement in multi-billion public company M&A transactions, equity offerings, debt syndication, and her Master's Degree in Banking and Financial Services.​
Kimberly's previous roles include serving as the CEO and Executive Board Member of José Andrés Group, where she grew the omni-channel revenue model by 6X, and as the President & COO of Ruby Tuesday, overseeing 800+ restaurants and 30,000+ team members. She has also served on the board of Blackberry Farm.
Recognized as a Luxury Woman to Watch in 2023, Kimberly is committed to continuous learning and development, having completed numerous board education programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Stanford Law School, and the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. She is also a member of the NYSE Board Advisory Council Network.
